Region 18 Education Service Center (Region 18 ESC) will accept requests for proposals from qualified companies experienced, in order to remove and replace flooring in the Region 18 ESC, Thompson-Kerr Technology Center building, located on 2811 LaForce Boulevard, Midland, TX, to match the current status of the Conference Center.
