Bid Envelopes shall be plainly marked "Proposal for City of Midland" Included in this Project will be _ North Fairgrounds Road, Loop 250- Mockingbird Lane Paving Project to be performed as outlined in the Plans and Specifications, which are necessary to satisfactorily complete the work. The project will include the removal, replacement, and installation of existing and proposed paving, sidewalk, and structure infrastructure and appurtenances including all necessary mobilization, pavement removal, excavation, embankment, backfill, compaction, formwork, pavement placement, sidewalk placement, structure placement, vegetation and stabilization, as well as erosion control, traffic control, stabilization, storm drain installation, coordination with City of Midland staff and organizations such as TxDOT, OSHA, franchise utilities, etc. as needed, One Call (Texas 811) notifications for pending work, notifications to adjacent property owners as directed by City of Midland staff, and all other work to be performed as outlined in the Construction Drawings and Specifications, to satisfactorily complete the work.
