Wright Way, East Street, 5th, 6th, 7th Street Water Main Replacement. Questions specific to the bid should be submitted electronically via the online bidding website (NGEM). The link can be found Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to install approx. 4,650 LF of 6" restrained ductile iron water main, reconnect services and complete tie overs, all work together with trench work, valves, taps, re-connections, and appurtenances. A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
