Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate A. In general, the Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, temporary storage, facilities, tools, cutting and patching, and other appliances necessary for the work in this section and as required to properly complete the project in accordance with these contract documents and good construction practice. Generally, the work includes: 1. Removal and installation of a new roofing system on the entrance canopy and third floor of the Lower Pioneer Valley Educational Collaborative building. 2. Replacement for roof drains and rain leader piping within the third floor of the building. 3. Removal for the existing paving, curbing and storm water components in the east parking lot and driveway. Installation of new paving, curbing and storm water components in the east parking lot and driveway. 4. Hazardous material abatement of asbestos containing materials. 5. Alternate #1: Removal of concrete stairs, trees, site light fixtures and trees. Regrading of lawn and seeding.
