The Project generally consists of the construction of a 100,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank, yard piping, a 1,152 square feet (SF) booster pump building, and all electrical, fittings, and associated appurtenances. This project also requires approximately 1,345 square yards (SY) of concrete driveway and 685 LF of wooden security fence as designated in the project drawings and described in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Contractor will provide, and pay the cost of, electrical testing by an independent testing firm. This cost shall be included in the Contract Bid. The contractor shall immediately correct all deficiencies discovered during testing by The independent firm. efault of Bidder shall occur upon the failure of Bidder to deliver within the time required by the Bidding Documents (or any extension thereof agreed to in writing by Owner) the executed Agreement required by the Bidding Documents and any performance and payment bonds required by the Bidding Documents.
