Site work and renovation of a civil project in West University Place, Texas. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Upsize diameter of 12" distribution line on Wakeforest from the Wakeforest Water Plant to Plumb Street. New distribution line will include approximately 1400 linear feet of 24-inch water line and approximately 2000 linear feet of 16-inch water line. Contingency is built into construction. This project is included in the city's fy 2025-2034 Capital Improvement Program. As of September 29, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
