The scope of work in complexity and scope of services may include but not limited to the following: Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety and Mobility plans Signalization Warrant Studies Signal Timing Access Management Intersection design Signing and Pavement Marking Traffic Calming Traffic Signal Design Traffic Control Plans Traffic Impact Studies Traffic Safety Evaluations Data collection (traffic counts, turning movements, development areas, etc.) Public Outreach Cost estimates for identified projects and potential funding sources POINT OF CONTACT: Respondents shall restrict all contact and questions regarding this RFQ by email to the point of contact below: Edward Orozco Public Works Manager 3826 Amherst St. West University Place, TX 77005 Eorozco@westutx.gov There is no planned pre-submittal meeting, therefore any questions can be made to the Public Works Manager up to 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2022. Within 2-days the list of questions will be provided to all proposers. The City reserves the right to make no selection for this RFQ. The firm, if selected, will be the firm whose SOQ is deemed the most qualified and advantageous to the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
