This call for tenders is for the awarding of a service contract for the verification and certification of gas detection systems for the sites of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale. SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide all normal services. The SERVICE PROVIDER must in particular carry out: verification and calibration of gas detectors;
checking the control panels of the gas leak rate monitors;
verification of functional indicator lights;
verification of functional sound alarms;
verification of alarm levels;
verification of alarm actions;
performance of functionality testing;
replacement and repair of defective materials;
gas detector system adjustment, commissioning, programming and repair operations, including gas detector calibration and compliance certificates. ..
SERVICE PROVIDER shall also provide emergency service for service calls and respond to any service call, twenty-four (24) hours a day, weekdays, weekends as well as holidays. The CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale aims to award a gas detector inspection and certification service contract valid for one (1) firm year, and two (2) renewal options for an additional period of one (1) year each either from: From December 1 , 2022 to November 30, 2023 (closed year);
From December 1 , 2023 to November 30, 2024
(optional year); From December 1 , 2024 to November 30, 2025 (optional year).
The SERVICE PROVIDER may submit a bid for one or other of the four (04) lots Each batch is treated individually and is the subject of a contract. Contracts are awarded to the lowest compliant bidder per lot. Lot 1 - Territory 1 : includes all establishments in the Portneuf, St-Augustin, Sainte-Foy -Sillery - Cap-Rouge - La Haute-St-Charles territory;
Lot 2 - Territory 2 : includes all the establishments in the La Cite-Limoilou/Les Rivieres territory;
Lot 3 - Territory 3 : includes all establishments in the Charlesbourg / Beauport territory;
Lot 4 - Territory 4 : includes all establishments in the Charlevoix, Cote-de-Beaupre/Ile d'Orleans territory and the CH St Augustin site.
