Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bridgeton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project will consist of upgrade/replacement of the audio system servicing the Council Chambers; scope includes new DSP units, amplifiers, supplemental speakers for the Dais. Additional scope items include an Assisted Listening System and an upgrade/replacement of the video and audio recording system including new cameras and recording appliance. Additional items, quantities and scope are inclusive in the bid proposal document. The City of Bridgeton reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or to hold all bids up to ninety (90) days, and to waive all informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept such bid that is advantageous, in the best interest, beneficial or expeditious to the City. Goals- Improve quality and output speaker levels of the audio in the Council Chambers. Improve the quality of the audio being fed to the recording systems. Improve audio levels for those sitting at the Dais at the 3 main sections (Council Members and Mayor's positions). Improve the video recording quality including the ability to view camera video as well as the presentation materials which are fed to the local display on the City's presentation computer located on the side of the Dias. Add an Assisted Listening System for use within the Council Chambers. the Work shall be completed within Twenty (25) Working Days
