Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Working plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 16, 2024, this project is in final planning. It is expected to bid in the fall of 2024. The City of Laramie (hereafter City or COL ) will accept written submittals for Professional Architectural Design Services for the City Hall Campus Renovation and Remodel Project. The City of Laramie (hereafter City or COL ) is seeking qualified firms to conduct schematic design, design development, phasing plans, construction documents, construction management and contract administration for the project. The City reserves the right to award this project to the firm that best fits the requirements outlined in the Request for Qualifications. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in any submittal and/or reject all submittals, and to accept the submittal that is in the best interest of the City. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
