The Village of New Paris is seeking competitive bids from contractors for a three (3) year contract for providing municipal residential waste collection and hauling services. The bids must contain the following criteria: 524 units 2. Weekly automated pickup to include 1 trash tote per residential building and or unit. Curbside Recycling toter to be collected Bi-weekly 2 dumpsters; 1- 4 yard dumpster to be located at 301 W. Cherry St. New Paris OH 45347 and 1- 2 yard locking dumpster to be located at the New Paris Community Park. Large item pick up (limited to 3 large items per month) scheduled for the first collection day of each month. Pick up days to be scheduled for Thursday each week for refuse Recycling will be collected bi weekly on Thursdays. All Village Government refuse along with Northwest Fire and Ambulance refuse service shall be included in the contract at no additional charge. (Village Office, New Paris Community Park & North West Fire and Ambulance) One annual village wide Clean Up collection date. 1- 40 yard dumpster located at the New Paris Community Park during the annual Apple Festival. No bidder shall withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days. The Village of New Paris Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
