Renovation of an educational facility in Arp, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of January 17, 2023, project was awarded to HGR General Contractors, but awarded amount is not available. Project consists of in general renovating existing office space into two full size classrooms. Work includes demolition of existing and installation of all new finishes. SELECTION CRITERIA: In accordance with Texas Education Code as amended, Arp Independent School District shall evaluate all proposals based on the following weighted selection criteria: 1. Proposal Amount 30% 2. On Site Project Staff 10% 3. References: Company and Proposed Sub-Contractors 20% 4. Proximity of Proposers Home Office to Project Location 10% 5. Specific Experience 30% In determining best value for the District, the District is not restricted to considering price alone, but may consider any other factor stated in the selection criteria.
