Renovation of a municipal facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Palm Coast is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors. This project shall consist of the demolition of an existing fabriform weir structure (P-1) and gates, erosion control along the canal side banks and construction of a new control structure in approximately the same location along the Pine Grove Waterway in accordance with the attached set of construction plans. The weir to be replaced is located just east of Belle Terre Pkwy south the intersection of Belle Terre and White View Parkway. The Contractor shall provide all work required for a completed project including, but not limited to labor, supervision, traffic control, materials, equipment, installation, and incidentals required for a complete replacement. CONTRACTOR shall also provide material samples, as necessary, to ensure compliance with manufacturer's recommendations. Installation of all materials shall be in accordance with all applicable CITY standards and requirements, applicable Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition), manufacturer and industry preferred standards.
