**As of December 21, 2022, project was awarded to 2 - General: MarPaul $ 2,199,274.00 3 - HVAC: Troy Mechanical $ 746,580.00 4 - Plumbing: Linco Construction, Inc. $ 134,800.00 5 - Fire Protection: Integrity Fire Protection, Inc. $ 256,517.00 6 - Electrical: Apollo Group, Inc. $ 604,000.00 The Project will be completed under five prime contracts: Contract 2022-2 - General Construction Contract 2022-3 - HVAC Construction Contract 2022-4 - Plumbing Construction Contract 2022-5 - Fire Protection Construction Contract 2022-6 - Electrical Construction Each bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security that shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Base Bid made payable to the County of Luzerne, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, and a Statement of Bidder's Qualification. The successful Bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond.
