Site work for a water / sewer project in West Wyoming, Pennsylvania. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves engineering and surveying for reconstructing portions of the sanitary sewer mains, replacing sewer manholes and service lateral replacements, and installing new cleanouts at each service location. Roadways will be restored at the completion of all sewer installation. The project aims to provide unimpeded flow within the sewer mains to mitigate capacity issues during storm surges and eliminate the backup of raw sewage into the residences within the project area. Improvements to the existing sewer system network are being proposed along 2nd Street, 3rd Street, West 4th Street and Monument Avenue As of June 3, 2024, the design firm has been selected. The construction document completion timeline has not been released. A tentative bid schedule for contractors has not been disclosed. Further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
