Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, Base Repair, Adjustment of Manholes/Catch Basins, Leveling & Wearing Courses, Milling, Rock Lined Swale and Aprons, and Miscellaneous Pave Related Work. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. 100% Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds are required by the successful bidder for each contract. The Borough of West Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. BIDS may be held by the Borough of West Wyoming for a period not to exceed FORTY-FIVE (45) days from the date of the Opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the Contract. In this period of time, no Bidder may withdraw his Bid.
