The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Owner. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening bids will be given consideration. Every interpretation made to the bidder will be in the form of an addendum to the contract documents, and when issued, will be on file in the Office of the Owner and the Engineer at least five days before bids are opened. In addition, all Addenda will be mailed to each person holding contract documents, but it shall be the bidders responsibility to make inquiry as to the Addenda issued. All Addenda shall become part of the contract and all Bidders shall be bound by such Addenda, whether or not received by the bidder.
