The Project Consists of the Installation of 8" and 12" Sewer Main, Sewer Lateral Replacements, and Milling and Paving of Bituminous Roadways. The Project Will Occur on 2nd Street From Wyoming Avenue to Sharpe Street, Along the Alleys Connecting 2nd Street to 4th Street and Tie-into the Existing Sewer Main on 4th Street, Wyoming Borough, Luzerne County, Pa. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. A Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held for This Project. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via the Messages/Vendor Discussions feature in Online Portal Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, Each in an Amount at Least Equal to the Contract Price. The Following Wage Rate Requirements Are Applicable to This Contract: Pa Prevailing Wage Rates Bidder Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Religion, Color, Handicap, National Origin, Age or Sex.
