Bids can be submitted to the West Wyoming Borough Building, 464 W 8th Street, West Wyoming, PA 18644 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids are invited for the West Wyoming Municipal Building Elevator & Renovations for the following individual contracts: Plumbing Construction Prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Any Contractor who does not do so and submits a bid, does so at their own risk. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. In addition to EEO Executive Order 11246, Contractors must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation in the aggregate on-site construction workforce for contracts in excess of $10,000 as per the notice of requirement for affirmative action as contained in the contract documents.
