Project: 2025 ARA DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BIDS are invited upon the following items of work as follows: Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, Concrete Swale Repair, Base Repair, Leveling & Wearing Courses, Milling, Catch Basins and Storm Sewer Extension and Miscellaneous Drainage and Pave Related Work. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. 100% Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds are required by the successful bidder for each contract. Nondiscrimination/sexual harassment in employment-bidders on their work will be required to comply with the NONDISCRIMINATION/ SEXUAL HARASSMENT CLAUSE included in the contract documents shall not because of gender, race, creed, or color, discriminate against any citizen of this Commonwealth who is qualified and available to perform the work to which the employment relates. Prevailing Wage Rate Determination from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry shall be used in this project. THE BOROUGH OF WEST WYOMING reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. BIDS may be held by the BOROUGH OF WEST WYOMING for a period not to exceed FORTY-FIVE (45) days from the date of the Opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the Contract. In this period of time, no Bidder may withdraw his Bid.
