Bids are invited for the 2026 LSA Street Improvement Project. The scope of work includes: Maintenance and Protection of Traffic, Base Repair, Adjustment of Manholes/Catch Basins, Leveling and Wearing Courses, Milling, ADA Ramps, and Miscellaneous Pavement Related Work. Instructions to bidders include submission of a bid security equal to ten percent of the total bid, provision of 100% Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds by the successful bidder, compliance with non-discrimination/sexual harassment clauses, and adherence to the Prevailing Wage Rate Determination from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The Borough of West Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held for up to forty-five days from the bid opening for review before awarding the contract, during which time bids cannot be withdrawn.
