Site work for a mixed-use development in West Wyoming, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Questions Due Date: Aug 26th 2025, 10:00 AM EDT Questions must be posted online The project will involve the construction of a raingarden, two (2) pollinator gardens, a walking path, four (4) art pads, and four (4) wayside marker foundations all located at 1199 Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, PA a property owned by Luzerne County. The project consists of grading of land, installing an amended soil, installing a gravel path, stone and landscaping. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
