A timeline for award has not yet been established.** For Lamberton Conservatory Boiler System Replacement The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for: replacing the Lamberton Conservatory's boiler systems, including pumps and controls. The work consists of mechanical, electrical and general building construction work necessary and required for completing the installation work and providing an operational boiler heating system. The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under the Contract. Requests for interpretations shall be made in writing no later than the end of business on November 10, 2022. . Contract No. 1; Mechanical Construction. a. Contract No. 1: Mechanical Construction will have the primary responsibility for coordinating the work of Contract Nos. 1, 2 and 3. This includes scheduling and coordinating their work and the work of other trades, including other Prime Contractors of this project and /or Monroe County work crews, or Contractors under contract by the Owner to complete Electrical and General Construction work on this project. Coordination activities shall include, but are not limited to, shared access to workspaces, interruptions to permanent and temporary utilities, construction schedule updates, and completion of interrelated punch list items. b.
