Janitorial Services - Owensboro Community and Technical College. The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, the largest institution of higher education in the Commonwealth, is composed of 16 comprehensive two-year colleges with more than 70 campuses throughout the state that serve approximately 80,000 students and nearly 5,000 businesses each year in credit programs leading to certificate, diploma, and associate degrees, pre-baccalaureate education for transfer to four-year institutions, and noncredit programs, customized business and industry training, professional continuing education, and personal enrichment opportunities. The Kentucky Community and Technical College System's (KCTCS) Office of Procurement to Payment Services issues this Request for Proposal to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible suppliers to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to provide janitorial services at Owensboro Community and Technical College Main Campus, 4800 New Hartford Road, Owensboro, KY 42303, OCTC Downtown Campus, 1501 Frederica St., Owensboro, KY 42301, and OCTC Southeastern Campus, 1901 Southeastern Parkway, Owensboro, KY 42303. Deadline for Written Questions November 1, 2022 @ 4:00pm EST Offerors are required to visit Owensboro Community and Technical College, Maintenance Shop, 4800 New Hartford Rd., Owensboro, KY 42303 prior to submitting an Offer to inspect the conditions at the site. The site visit will entail visits to the three (3) campuses in Owensboro. Information on the mandatory site visit is listed below. KCTCS will not be responsible for additional charges for conditions at the sites that could have been foreseen during a site visit. All questions that may arise from this site visit must be presented in writing to lisa.gaines@kctcs.edu. Questions will not be accepted via phone. KCTCS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any part thereof, or to accept any proposals or any part thereof, or to waive any informalities or defects in any proposal, as deemed to be in the best interest of KCTCS.
