Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Perry, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of December 13, 2022. The project has been a warded with the amount of $68,984.24. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct Main Street Sidewalk Additions as shown on the plans. Construction shall consist of minor grading, storm drain, and sidewalk construction. The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining a signed E-verify affidavit from their Subcontractors and Sub- subcontractors. Work to be Done: The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct Main Street Sidewalk Additions as shown on the plans. Bonds: All bid bonds must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. This project will adhere to Georgia local Government Public Works construction law Ch. 91 Title 36.
