Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Skokie, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Village of Skokie is now accepting Bids for the following: Skokie North Shore Center for the Performing Arts (NSCPA) Exterior Canopy Renovations Any firm performing work as a result of this solicitation will be required to certify that at least the prevailing rate of wages as found and determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for Cook County will be paid to all workers and employees employed and working on the project. Any responses to the bid solicitation that are unsealed, unsigned, faxed or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time will be disqualified and returned. The Village of Skokie reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
