RFQ - Professional Service Agreement at the Dickson County Municipal Airport. The Dickson County Airport Authority is hereby soliciting statements of qualification and experience from the airport engineering consultants for a professional service agreement at the Dickson County Municipal Airport. The terms of the agreement may extend for a period of up to (5) years and include multiple projects. Subject to receipt of federal and or state matching funds, these projects may include the following: 1. Hanger projects 2. Fuel farm replacement 3. Runway safety area RSA improvements 4. Runway/Taxiway Extension or Relocation 4. Apron/Runwy/Taxiway rehabilitation 5. Lighting and NAVAIDS 6. Pavement crack repair or pavement maintenance 7. Approach clearing 8. Fencing 9. ALP update 10. Terminal enhancement/reconstruction Required services include but are not limited to planning, environmental, design, survey, bidding/ award, Construction administration and inspection for projects funded under the FAA Airport Improvement Program. qualification based selection process conforming to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 (latest edition) will be utilized. Fee information will not be considered in the selection process and must not be submitted with the statement of qualifications. Selection criteria will include recent experience in airport projects, capability to perform all aspects of project, reputation, ability to meet schedules within budget, quality of previous airport projects undertaken, interest shown, and firms proximity to project site. Detailed scopes of work and fees will be negotiated as project needs arise.
