Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Buckeye, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a 250-space sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project to design and construct additional parking in Phase I, which opened in 2012. Currently there are asphalt millings that were installed in the overflow parking areas underneath the powerlines. However, the parking is used on a regular basis, and not just during large scale events. The project will be designed and evaluated by the various utility companies that have easements for the area. Landscape islands will be needed to comply with the development code, therefore irrigation and plantings are a part of the scope of work. Parking lot lighting that matches the existing lighting in the parking lot will also be installed along with any required retention. This project assumes approximately 150-250 parking spaces could be added in the area under consideration that is approximately 830 feet by 115 feet for a total of 2.2 acres. This project is in included in the City of Buckeye FY 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
