Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Buckeye, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

This project includes designing improvements needed at Benbow Veterans Memorial Park that is approximately 2,500 square feet in size. Potential improvements to be designed include the installation of a park entrance trellis/awning, landscaping, irrigation, shade structures (up to approximately 1,500 square feet total), and possibly relocating the memorial wall to a different site. IT equipment, such as security cameras to be installed in the park. Design and construction costs will be updated upon completion of the master plan. This project is in included in the City of Buckeye FY 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
