Site work and paving for a road / highway in Point Venture, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Supervision and Performing All Work Required for: Road Improvements 2022 - Crack Seal the Work Consists of: Application of Crack Seal on Approximately 10.316 Miles of 20' Wide Residential Asphalt Roadway and Shall Include Traffic Control. All Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Cashier's Check Upon a National or State Bank in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Maximum Bid Price Payable Without Recourse to the Village of Point Venture, or a Bid Bond in the Same Amount From a Reliable Surety Company, as a Guarantee That Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract and Execute Performance Bond Within Ten (10) Days After Notice of Award of Contract to Him. The Bid Security Must Be Enclosed in the Same Envelope With the Bid. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price From an Approved Surety Company Holding a Permit From the State of Texas. Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Specifications, he should notify the Engineer, Tim Haynie, P.E. with Haynie Consulting, Inc., at (512) 837-2446 ext. 205 or by email at thaynie@haynieconsulting.com and obtain clarification prior to submitting any bid Per owner all bids were rejected, and this project will re-bid ata a future time and date TBD.
