This contract covers the HVAC equipment. The approximate square footage for the Library is 127,000. Preventive maintenance will be based on an equipment checklist (see Attachment A), plus proactive monthly visual inspections and monthly meetings with SPL management. Contractor will perform visual inspections of all equipment on the checklist and proactively review the equipment to determine if it is operating within its optimum range. This will include inspecting for issues such as leaks, vibration, excess noise, elevated amperage draws, etc. Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: 1, 1-year extension
