Professional Engineering Services for Rt 30 Storm Sewer Project Village is seeking qualifications from Professional Engineering firms to complete the final design and permitting of the Village of Big Rock Storm Sewer from the Village to Welch Creek. Location: Rt 30 Village of Big Rock to Welch Creek east of Dauberman Road Extension project GENERAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: The general scope of services, submittal instructions and requirements required are described in the RFQ documents on file with the Village. To be considered as qualified providers, Professional Engineering firms must submit their statement of interest, qualifications and information required herein or other pertinent information related to the specified services. Confidential information submitted shall be maintained in confidence to the extent permitted by the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. Submittals can be sent to the Village c/o Big Rock Township Road District via FTP site or delivered by thumb drive. RFQ's received after the submittal date and time will be rejected and returned unopened to the sender.
