All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to Ms. Costandi by 5:00 p.m. local time on Monday, October 31, 2022 City of Covina, California ("City") invites sealed bids for Landscape and General Outside Maintenance Services for City Owned Sites ("work"). The City will receive such bids in the Office of the City Clerk at 125 East College Street, Covina, California 91723 The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time The term of the awarded contract will be three (3) years, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms, upon the City Council's and the Contractor's approval, subject to the City Council's approval of the renewal rates, terms, and conditions.
