Contract term: Until Completed County(ies): All NYS counties Location: 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle NY 10801 Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: N/A Scope of Work The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified Waterproofing Contractors to waterproof front of the New Rochelle City Hall Building (left side/corner). Located at 515 North Avenue in New Rochelle, New York Specifications and Terms and Conditions: A). City Hall Building 1. Install scaffold from roof with beams & weights including roof inspection and all drawings & permits as required by the City of New Rochelle. Permit fees will be waived for City owned properties. 2. Work encompasses the North Ave side - 2 approx. 40-fppt scaffold drops from the corner - see photo 1 and the entire wall - 2 scaffold drops at the Hamilton Ave side - see photo 2. 3. The work of these drops includes the following. A. Cement pointing of any brick joints that are open or cracked. B. At top of building - corner area, cut out and fill with Limestone colored silicone caulk. C. Cut out deficient joints above stone ledge and caulk with silicone. D. Cut out & re caulk all windows where caulking failures occur
