Renovation of a restaurant in Corpus Christi, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.
The key objective of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to identify a highly qualified, creative developer or development team capable of redevelopment (including the purchase of) of the Nueces County Historic 1914 Courthouse (the "Project"). The County has determined that a public private partnership ("P3") project will best accomplish this goal. The County is requesting STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS AND APPROACH from potential, qualified developers for the Project pursuant to the County's Public Private Partnership Guidelines (the "Guidelines"). When submitting a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS AND APPROACH in person, visitors to the County Courthouse must allow time for security measures. The public will pass through a metal detector and x-ray machine located in the lobby. All packages, purses and carried items will be scanned during regular business hours of 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After the public proceeds through the metal detector, they can proceed to the Purchasing Office in Room 106 to deliver RFQ items. Respondent shall submit a total of seven (7) Qualification Statements which shall include one (1) original unbound Qualification Statement, signed in ink, and six (6) printed copies of the submittal, as well as one (1) electronic copy of the entire submittal in an Adobe PDF format on a USB flash drive in a sealed package, clearly marked on the front of the package "RFQ No. 3153-21:P3 Redevelopment of 1914 Historic Courthouse."
