Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of November 11, 2022. No longer doing this project currently** The City of Corpus Christi Gas Department Building is located at 4225 S. Port Ave., Corpus Christi, TX 78415. Upgrades include but are not limited to the following. Install new ducting and zoning to include controls, reheat, and varied make-up air, and to reuse existing return air in corridors. Demolition of old plenum and ceiling in corridors and specified areas, replacement with new suspended acoustic ceiling system. Remove and replace existing fluorescent lighting in corridors with high efficiency LED troffer lighting.
