Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project scope of work includes: Complete exterior coating rehabilitation of the EST, interior spot repairs, corrosion related general repairs, sediment removal and cleaning. Providing complete containment of the tank for the duration of work along with hydropneumatic tanks as alternate storage for the duration of the time the EST is taken offline for this project. This project consists of a single base bid: 1. Clean, prime, stripe coat and coat the exterior of the Coral Vines EST 2. Clean, prime, and spot repair the interior of the Coral Vines EST 3. Provide and tie-in hydropneumatic tanks (of approximately 50,000 gallons capacity) at different locations in the distribution system to serve as alternate storage to the Coral Vines EST while it is out of service 4. Perform general repairs on the tank including grinding, welding, replacement of vent screen and repairs to corroded surfaces 5. Perform epoxy surfacing and or seam sealing work to seams and areas 6. Provide containment for the EST for the duration of work 7. Dehumidify the interior of the tank during surface preparation and coating including hoses, filters, etc. Refer to contract documents and specifications for additional information.
