Proposals submitted after the stated time and date for receipt of bids will be automatically rejected without consideration and will be returned unopened. Bidders may not withdraw their bids prior to December 1, 2022. The Council reserves the right to accept or reject each bid, and each bid that does not comply with the bidding requirements will be rejected. No faxed, nor emailed proposals shall be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals whenever such rejection is in the best interest of the City. The City further reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any proposal whenever such waiver is in the best interest of the City, although the City is not obligated to do so.
