Reference number : 1653491 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-02 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Object of the contract The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to replace the electrical panels as well as the emergency network at Habitations Ahuntsic located at 10333, rue Berri in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough of Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes replacing the electrical panels in the electrical room as well as the generator (emergency network). The work will be carried out in a five (5) storey seniors' building with 75 apartments. Works duration According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around the end of November 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 48 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
