CCSD is seeking proposals to provide Design/Installation services for the following upcoming Clarke County School District project: DESIGN BUILD VIDEO SYSTEM FOR THE Cedar Shoals Fieldhouse Project. The indicated timeframes and or the defined scope of the identified projects may be modified due to unforeseen changes in CCSDs overall plan. The dates provided are intended to be a planning guide that is to be utilized for proposal purposes. The following provides a brief summary of the intended construction: The Video System project consists of the design and installation of the following: New video systems in 5 rooms. Items include: Epson Short Through and Ceiling mounted projectors, LED display, wall mounted input and control boxes Installation of 2 powered screens (Owner provided) Attached is Exhibit 1 which identifies the general layout and list of equipment that is the basis of design and needs to be supplied/installed for this project. Product substitutions may be made that are of equal value/quality or better.
