San Francisco Public Works (Public Works), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (City), announces a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), seeking to award up to two (2) contracts to pre-qualified Micro-LBE Consultant or joint venture firms to provide professional lighting design and other related services on City projects on an as-needed basis. The result of this RFQ, through the evaluation and selection process, will be a master agreement with a not to exceed value up to $400,000 with each selected consultant. Each master agreement will have a five (5) year term with Contract Service Orders (CSO) or task orders, to be issued during the first four (4) years only. Pre-proposal conference will not be conducted for this RFQ. The LBE sub-consulting requirement does not apply for this Micro-LBE Set Aside contract.
