Renovation of a medical facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Please do not contact anyone else at the University in connection with this requalification. Deadline for inquiries and questions is Monday, October 31, 2022. The automatic transfer switch (ATS) serving the essential electrical system 1EPU is in the Moffitt Hospital first floor electrical room designated 1M15. The existing ATS-1EPU was installed with the building's original construction and is many years past it useful life. The ATS equipment has very recently begun to experience operational deficiencies in automatically transferring load to backup power sources during event of grid power disruption. The scope of this project is to replace the aged ATS-1EPU, in additional all requirement related to design and provide temporary conditions during the replacement of the unit The University reserves the right to reject any or all responses to Prequalification Questionnaires and to waive non-material irregularities in any response received.
