Site work for a water / sewer project in Boerne, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
15 Inch Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project. The Project consists of all labor, equipment, and material for construction to upgrade approximately 1940 linear feet of 15-inch gravity sewer main with manholes and appurtenances. Approximately 560 linear feet of the pipe will be installed within TxDOT ROW and of that, approximately 452 linear feet will be installed within a 30-inch steel casing pipe bored across and under the IH 10 frontage roads and main lanes. All work will be constructed and tested in accordance with the construction plans and City of Boerne specifications. Bidding Documents may be viewed at the City of Boerne Utilities Office (Issuing Office) at 447 N. Main Street, Boerne, Texas 78006. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. City of Boerne reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding The deadline to ask questions is 11/17/2022 5:00 PM CST All questions are to be submitted electronically. Answers to all written questions received prior to the deadline will be posted electronically on November 22, 2022.
