Demolition, site work and addition to a recreation facility in Corbin, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,805-square-foot recreation facility; for the demolition of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Corbin Center Addition A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Corbin, government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for the following: 1) 5% Bid Bond; and 2) A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of this advertisement and/or the specifications and may waive any informalities or reject any and all Bids
