The Lower Similkameen Indian Band (LSIB) is geographically located in the Similkameen Valley, in the South-Central Interior of British Columbia. The proposed Band School is located adjacent to their Administration Building, just off Highway 3, 8km South of Cawston, BC and 16 km southeast of Keremeos, BC. The proposed project generally entails: -A new elementary school (1159.8 sq m); -On-site and off-site development; -Landscaping; -Water service (domestic and fire); -Tie-in to existing septic sewer system; -Power and communications. *Award amount was not released for publication.
