Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Edward, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, the Project involves interior renovations to the existing PRPA office space at Scott Road. Renovations to the upper floor comprise changes to add offices and workstations, modify the reception area, lunchroom, and associated modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical, and data infrastructure. Renovations to the ground level include reconfiguring the existing credentialing office, expansion of the existing server room to add a server rack, and associated mechanical and electrical modifications. The Contractor will be responsible for the supply of all labour and material required to complete the renovations in conformance with the design. The Work generally consists of the following elements: Provide all labour, equipment, and materials required to complete the work; Demolish existing construction as required; Construct new interior partition walls as required; Supply and install premanufactured interior glass wall systems, including doors and hardware; Modify existing mechanical systems, electrical and data infrastructure as required; Prepare substrates and install room finishes, i.e. flooring, paint, trim, etc. Acquire all required permits; Provide all required inspections, testing and certifications; and Provide and maintain all insurance, health and safety plans, etc.
