Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Edward, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project involves renovations to the existing PRPA office space at Scott Road. This will comprise changes to the existing floor plan to add individual offices and workstations, modifications to the reception area, and lunchroom, and associated modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical, and data infrastructure. The Contractor will be responsible for the supply of all labour required to complete interior renovation in conformance with the design. The Work generally consists of the following elements: Provide all tools, consumables, facilities, etc. to perform the work; Demolition of existing construction as required; Construction of new interior partition walls as required; Installation of premanufactured interior glass wall systems, including doors and hardware; Modifications to existing mechanical systems, electrical and data infrastructure; Preparation of substrates and installation of room finishes, i.e. flooring, paint, trim, etc. Acquisition of all required permits; Provide all required supervision, inspection, testing and certifications; and Provide and maintain all insurance, health and safety plans, etc.
