Renovation of a recreation facility in Port Edward, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 24,400-square-foot recreation facility.
The City of Prince Rupert invites proposals for a design-build plan to install metal siding on the back of its Aquatic Centre (1000 McBride Ave) as the first phase of a staged plan to reclad the whole exterior of the Aquatic and Civic Centre buildings. The services for the Project will include, without limiting: (i) a new cladding design prepared by qualified professionals with material specifications. The design will include all of the wall area on the back of the Aquatic centre building (as shown in the above photos), including the area currently covered by sloped glazing; (ii) a project plan for installation of the design, including removal/disposal of the old window units; (iii) minimum class C cost estimates, with separate pricing for the design and installation services
