The Work consists of the renovations of cafeterias and kitchens at Sterling Middle School and Blue Ridge Middle School; including but not limited to foodservice equipment, finishes, and utilities, as indicated on the Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted on the designated Bid form, completed in ink or typed, signed by an authorized representative, delivered in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name, address, registration number, project name(s) and acceptance date. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect no later than 5:00 PM prevailing local time on the sixth day prior to the date for receipt of bids. Any questions relating to this Invitation to Bid should be directed to Moseley Architects. The Work consists of the construction of an addition and renovation to the school identified above. Site and site utility work is included. 1. Renovations to the kitchen and cafeteria areas, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. 2. The work shall be completed in phases as indicated on the Construction Phasing Drawings, in order to allow the Owner partial and continuing occupancy of the existing building during construction 3.
