This contract is for replacement of the building fire alarm at Key Largo School described in the project documents prepared by Anston-Greenlees, Inc., dated February 14, 2022. These documents are found in Appendix D, E and F. This scope will include all labor and materials required to provide and install the system into a complete operational system. This is to be a complete turnkey project. The old systems are to remain on line until after June 1, 2023. Project completion date is Aug. 1, 2023. The Monroe County School District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities when it is in the best interest of the Board to do so. All proposals must remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days or until the MCSB approves the contract. The School Board will automatically reject the response of any person or affiliate who appears on the convicted vendor list prepared by the Department of General Services, State of Florida, under Section 287.133(3) (d), F.S.
